SCHOOL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Age of Entrance (Regulation 723-1)
A child must be five years of age or older on or before September 30 in order to enroll in kindergarten that same year.
What Do I Need to Register My Child?
The following items are required before the student will be registered:
* Student’s Birth certificate (Original or certified copy.)
*Proof of address within PrinceWilliamCounty
One of the following:
· Deed
· Mortgage Settlement Form
· Lease Agreement
Plus, two additional proofs; for example: Utility bill, car registration, and/or bank statement.
* Immunizations records (including proof of TB Test)
*Record of physical exam if your child is elementary school age
* Social Security Number, if any
*Custody papers (if applicable)
